Reseller Terms of Service

By activating a Shillette reseller account, you agree to the following. Read it carefully — accepting these terms is a condition of reselling.

1. Support Responsibility

As a Shillette reseller, you are solely responsible for all customer support for the end users you sell to. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Flashing the firmware onto customer devices
  • General troubleshooting — drivers, detection, configuration, setup, compatibility
  • Returns, refunds, chargebacks, and customer disputes between you and your customer
  • Product questions, setup guidance, and usage support
  • Any warranty you choose to offer beyond what Shillette provides

Shillette does not provide direct support to your customers. Customers who contact Shillette will be redirected back to the reseller they purchased from.

2. What Shillette Supports

Shillette's support to resellers is limited to:

  • Faulty firmware delivered by Shillette. If a build is demonstrably defective — fails to flash, fails to boot, has a build defect, or does not match the order — Shillette will investigate and, if confirmed, rebuild or replace the firmware at no additional cost.
  • Build or delivery system failures. If Shillette's pipeline fails to produce or deliver a paid firmware, Shillette will correct the delivery.
  • Firmware-specific bug fixes or updates affecting the shipped build.

Shillette is not obligated to assist with user error, hardware faults on the customer's side, motherboard compatibility, installation mistakes, flashing mistakes, or general troubleshooting.

3. Reporting Faulty Firmware

Faulty-firmware claims are submitted by the reseller, not the end customer, through the reseller panel or the designated staff channel. Include:

  • Order ID or DNA
  • Description of the fault
  • Evidence — logs, screenshots, or video — where applicable

Claims without evidence, or describing issues outside the faulty-firmware scope, may be declined.

4. Conduct

  • You will not represent yourself as Shillette, Shillette staff, or an operated-by-Shillette reseller unless explicitly authorized.
  • You will not resell, share, or redistribute firmware builds outside the customer they were ordered for.
  • You will not misrepresent Shillette's support scope to your customers — you will not tell a customer that Shillette will provide them direct support.

5. Pricing

Reseller pricing is set by Shillette and may be updated with reasonable notice. Custom-priced resellers retain their rate until notified of a change.

6. Termination

Shillette reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller access for violations, including misrepresentation, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized firmware distribution, or conduct that harms Shillette's reputation.

7. Changes to These Terms

Shillette may update these terms at any time. Continued use of a reseller account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
