Support

Last updated: 2026-05-17

Need help? Our support team works through Discord — every order gets its own private ticket where we walk you through setup, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions. It's faster than email and gives us a place to share files, screenshots, and step-by-step instructions specific to your hardware.

Open a ticket

  1. Join our Discord server if you haven't already
  2. Open the #open-ticket channel and click Open Ticket
  3. Include your order ID (e.g. #42) and a short description
  4. A staff member will respond — usually within an hour during business hours

Response times

  • EU/US business hours: usually 5–30 minutes
  • Outside business hours: within 24 hours
  • Weekends/holidays: we still answer, just a bit slower

Before opening a ticket

A few things to check first — these solve about half the common issues:

  • Check the Compatibility tracker for your motherboard. If others have reported issues, the recommended fixes are listed there.
  • Read the FAQ — it covers the most-asked questions
  • Make sure your firmware version matches your hardware revision

What we can help with

  • Order issues (payment confirmation, missing items, wrong product)
  • Firmware installation and setup
  • Hardware compatibility questions
  • Troubleshooting (BIOS settings, PCIe slot issues, fuser pairing)
  • Refunds and warranty claims
  • Reseller program inquiries — see /apply

What we can't help with

  • Game-specific cheat / detection questions — that's not what we sell
  • Modifying or sideloading firmware you didn't buy from us
  • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction
