Up to 24 hours after we have your DNA, motherboard, card, and tier. Most orders deliver same-day. Builds are sequential, so timing depends on queue depth.

No — every firmware is HWID-locked to your card's unique DNA for security. If you buy a new card, you'll need a new firmware build. The warranty on the original firmware doesn't carry over.

Every Shillette bundle ships the same trio of hardware:

• DMA 100T PCIe Board — Xilinx Artix-7 100T FPGA, USB-C, up to 200 MB/s
• Dichen Fuser — automatic EDID injection, plug-and-play, supports up to 4K@60
• MAKCU — all-in-one input device, 1 kHz reporting, 1000 Hz polling

The only difference between bundles is the bundled firmware tier (Basic / Standard / Slotted Standard).

Shipping timelines and tracking are confirmed in your Discord ticket once your order is paid. We ship from the Shillette warehouse — staff will message you with carrier + ETA based on your country.

The firmware portion of every bundle carries a 1-month warranty tied to the included card's DNA. Physical hardware (DMA board, Dichen Fuser, MAKCU) ships as-is — defects on arrival are handled case-by-case in your ticket.

Once your order pays (PayPal instant; crypto auto-verified within minutes), join our Discord and open a ticket with your order ID. Staff handles every order one-to-one — firmware build review, file delivery, hardware shipping, all of it. Firmware ZIPs are downloadable from your customer portal once the build is ready.

See our refund policy. Digital products (firmware) are generally non-refundable once delivered. Hardware defects on arrival are handled in your Discord ticket — open one within 7 days of receipt.

Shillette uses Discord OAuth so we can link your storefront account to your Discord identity — that's how the customer portal pulls your firmware downloads, how the Warden review reward matches you to your review, and how staff verifies you in tickets. We only request identify + email; we never access your DMs, servers, or roles.

Concretely, here's what's in place — no marketing fluff:

• HTTPS everywhere with HSTS — every page and form submit travels over TLS, not plaintext.
• Card data never touches our servers. PayPal handles all card processing (PayPal is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Crypto payments go directly to our wallet on-chain — no middleman holds your funds. We never see, store, or log card numbers.
• No passwords stored. Login is Discord OAuth only, so there's no Shillette password to leak.
• CSRF protection on every state-changing form — cross-site attacks can't trick your logged-in browser into placing orders or changing settings.
• Rate limiting on login, cart, and checkout endpoints.
• Parameterised SQL on every query — no injection surface.
• Security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy) prevent clickjacking, MIME-sniffing, and most browser-side attacks.
• Receipt URLs use 168-bit random tokens — they can't be guessed or enumerated.
• 2FA available on admin accounts; the database file and environment secrets are locked to owner-only permissions on the server.
• Nightly automated backups of the order database, retained for weeks.
