By using shillette.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not legalese.

1. Who we are

Shillette is a small digital products and hardware store, primarily selling firmware and accessories for DMA hardware. We sell direct to end users and through approved resellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the laws of your country allow you to buy and use our products.

3. Use of our products

Our products are sold for the buyer's personal use. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share firmware/software unless you're an approved reseller with a separate agreement
  • Reverse-engineer or modify our firmware for resale
  • Use our products to violate the terms of service of third-party games, services, or platforms — what you do with our hardware is your responsibility, not ours

4. Orders & payment

We accept payment in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT). Orders are quoted in USD; the exact crypto amount is locked in at checkout time. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, your order becomes binding.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you get a full refund.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered manually in your Discord support ticket. Hardware orders ship from our facility — see the order page for tracking information once shipped.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Hardware comes with the manufacturer warranty (12 months for most items). Beyond that, all products are sold "as-is" without further warranty. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — your remedy is limited to the price you paid for the product.

8. Support

Support happens in your Discord support ticket. Response times are usually within an hour during EU/US business hours and within 24 hours otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection laws in your country of residence. Disputes are settled in good faith through our Discord first, and through your local consumer-protection process if needed.
